Description

These Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Cups are soft, chewy, and filled with melty chocolate-peanut butter goodness. A simple dessert made in a muffin tin, perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave something sweet and indulgent.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 12 Reese’s peanut butter cups (mini or regular size, unwrapped)
  • Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
  6. Roll dough into 12 balls and place each into a muffin cup, pressing slightly to form a cup shape.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  8. Remove from oven and immediately press a Reese’s cup into the center of each cookie.
  9. Let cookies cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
