These Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Cups are soft, chewy, and filled with melty chocolate-peanut butter goodness. A simple dessert made in a muffin tin, perfect for holidays, parties, or anytime you crave something sweet and indulgent.

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 12 Reese’s peanut butter cups (mini or regular size, unwrapped)
- Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until combined.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
- Roll dough into 12 balls and place each into a muffin cup, pressing slightly to form a cup shape.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a Reese’s cup into the center of each cookie.
- Let cookies cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Optional: drizzle with melted chocolate before serving.
Notes
- Chill dough for 15 minutes for puffier cookies.
- Use sunflower butter and nut-free chocolate for a nut-free version.
- Mini muffin tins work great for bite-sized treats.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
