  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

  • Optional: Reese’s pieces or mini chocolate chips


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare loaf pan.

  • Mash bananas; mix with peanut butter, butter, eggs, sugars, and vanilla.

  • Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt separately.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients.

  • Fold in Reese’s; pour into pan.

  • Bake 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

  • Cool 10 minutes in pan, then on a wire rack.
