- 12 small flour tortillas
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
- 1 jar (16 oz) salsa
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- Optional garnishes: chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, jalapeños
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with taco seasoning until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Layer half of the tortillas in a baking dish, top with half the beef, beans, salsa, and cheese. Repeat layers.
