This Pineapple Glazed Salmon is a quick, flavorful dish with sweet and savory notes of pineapple, honey, soy, and fresh lime. Perfect for a tropical-inspired dinner!
Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

¼ cup pineapple juice

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tbsp lime juice

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Blend pineapple chunks, juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and lime juice until smooth.

Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place on the baking sheet and coat with half the glaze.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, brushing with remaining glaze in the last 5 minutes.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice or veggies.

For extra char, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
