			- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
 - 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and pepper, to taste
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface to smooth it out.
 - Make Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
 - Fill the Puff Pastry: Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over one half of the puff pastry.
 - Fold and Cut: Fold the other half of the puff pastry over the filling, pressing down gently to seal the edges. Cut the pastry into strips, about 1 inch wide.
 - Twist Pastry: Twist each strip several times and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Egg Wash: Brush each twisted pastry with the beaten egg for a golden, glossy finish.
 - Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the twists are golden brown and puffed up.
 - Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
 
Notes
- You can add more seasoning like chili flakes for a spicy kick.
 - Use frozen spinach as an alternative, but make sure to squeeze out excess water.
