A playful no-bake dessert made with a soft Oreo crust and creamy cheesecake filling, rolled sushi-style and sliced into bite-sized treats.

- 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
- Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate, for drizzling
- Extra crushed Oreos, for garnish
Instructions
- Mix crushed Oreos, melted butter, and milk until soft and moldable.
- Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and press the mixture into an 8x10-inch rectangle.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
- Spread filling evenly over the Oreo base, leaving a small border.
- Roll tightly using the plastic wrap, sushi-style.
- Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Drizzle with chocolate, sprinkle with Oreos, and slice into rolls.
Notes
- Use very finely crushed Oreos for easy rolling.
- Chill well before slicing for clean cuts.
- Wipe knife between slices for neat presentation.
