Description

A playful no-bake dessert made with a soft Oreo crust and creamy cheesecake filling, rolled sushi-style and sliced into bite-sized treats.


Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks
  • Chocolate syrup or melted chocolate, for drizzling
  • Extra crushed Oreos, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Mix crushed Oreos, melted butter, and milk until soft and moldable.
  2. Lay plastic wrap on a flat surface and press the mixture into an 8x10-inch rectangle.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread filling evenly over the Oreo base, leaving a small border.
  6. Roll tightly using the plastic wrap, sushi-style.
  7. Wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  8. Drizzle with chocolate, sprinkle with Oreos, and slice into rolls.

Notes

  • Use very finely crushed Oreos for easy rolling.
