Description
These rich and chewy Oreo Cookie Dough Bites are a no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, and dipped in chocolate.

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp milk (more as needed)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate (for dipping)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Heat-treat the flour at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes. Let cool completely.
- Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and milk; mix until smooth.
- Mix in the flour and salt until just combined.
- Fold in crushed Oreos and mini chocolate chips.
- Roll into small dough balls; place on parchment-lined tray.
- Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave (30-second intervals).
- Dip chilled dough balls into chocolate. Let excess drip off.
- Chill again until chocolate is set. Store in airtight container.
Notes
- Always heat-treat flour for safety.
- Add extra milk if dough is too dry.
- Use parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
- White chocolate works great for coating too.
