Description

These rich and chewy Oreo Cookie Dough Bites are a no-bake treat made with crushed Oreos, mini chocolate chips, and dipped in chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp milk (more as needed)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate (for dipping)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour at 350°F (175°C) for 5–6 minutes. Let cool completely.
  2. Cream butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla extract and milk; mix until smooth.
  4. Mix in the flour and salt until just combined.
  5. Fold in crushed Oreos and mini chocolate chips.
  6. Roll into small dough balls; place on parchment-lined tray.
  7. Freeze for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  8. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in microwave (30-second intervals).
  9. Dip chilled dough balls into chocolate. Let excess drip off.
  10. Chill again until chocolate is set. Store in airtight container.

  • Add extra milk if dough is too dry.
  • Use parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
  • White chocolate works great for coating too.
