Ingredients

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll out puff pastry and cut into circles. Place on parchment-lined sheet.

Sauté shallots in olive oil until caramelized. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix goat cheese with heavy cream until smooth.

Spread cheese mixture on pastry circles. Top with mushroom-shallot mix. Brush pastry edges with egg wash.
