Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced

  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced

  • 4 oz herbed goat cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
