- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef or sausage over medium heat. Stir in marinara sauce and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, sour cream, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of meat sauce at the bottom of the dish.
- Layer half the ravioli, followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, finishing with the remaining meat sauce.
- Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
