- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in shredded chicken and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle cracker topping over the chicken mixture and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
