  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken and 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese. Mix well.
  4. Transfer mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle cracker topping over the chicken mixture and top with remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
