- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Mix together the Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
