Ingredients

1 package lobster ravioli

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup heavy cream

½ cup chicken or vegetable broth

Juice & zest of 1 lemon

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (garnish)

Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Cook ravioli in salted boiling water (3–4 mins). Drain and set aside.

Melt butter and olive oil in a skillet. Sauté garlic.

Stir in cream, broth, lemon juice & zest. Simmer.

Toss in ravioli, sprinkle Parmesan, season.

Garnish with parsley & serve hot.
