Instructions

  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  4. Once set, stir the chia mixture until smooth and creamy.
  5. Layer the lemon chia pudding with fresh berries in serving glasses or jars.
  6. Top with granola just before serving if desired.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy.
