- 1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Layer half of the potatoes in the baking dish. Top with half the kielbasa slices and half the diced onion.
- Spread half the sour cream mixture over the layer and sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Repeat with remaining potatoes, kielbasa, onion, sour cream mixture, and cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
