Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, honey, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and coat well in the marinade.
