Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until browned.
- Serve warm with extra chocolate chips and a dusting of powdered sugar.
