- 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup sliced pepperoni
- ½ cup sliced salami
- ½ cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- For topping & serving: 1 egg, beaten; 1 tablespoon melted butter; Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer pepperoni, salami, and Italian sausage on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
- Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log and pinch seams closed.
- Place seam-side down. Brush with beaten egg and melted butter.
- Cut a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serve warm with marinara sauce.
