Description

This Healthy Cottage Cheese Chocolate Fudge is creamy, rich, and chocolatey with wholesome ingredients. A high-protein, no-bake dessert that’s easy to make and perfect for guilt-free indulgence.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat, well drained)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Add the cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Blend again until the mixture is silky and fully combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using.
  5. Line a small loaf pan or square dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture evenly into the pan.
  6. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm and sliceable.
  8. Cut into small squares and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cottage cheese for a firmer texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste before chilling.
  • Top with sea salt or shaved chocolate for an elegant finish.
  • Store in fridge for 7 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
