Ingredients

1 packet (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast

1½ cups warm water (110°F)

¼ cup olive oil (plus extra for drizzling)

2 tsp sugar

1½ tsp salt

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

2 tsp dried Italian herbs or oregano

Flaky sea salt (for topping)

Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)
Instructions

Activate yeast with sugar and warm water; let it foam.

Mix with flour, salt, and olive oil until dough forms.

Knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.

Press into pan, rest for 20–30 mins.

Dimple dough, top with garlic, cheese, herbs, salt, and olive oil.

Bake at 425°F for 20–25 mins until golden.

Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best flavor. Add olives, sundried tomatoes, or chili flakes for variation. Excellent for dipping or sandwiches.
