Description

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan

  • 2 tsp dried Italian herbs or oregano

  • Flaky sea salt (for topping)

  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional)


Instructions

  • Activate yeast with sugar and warm water; let it foam.

  • Mix with flour, salt, and olive oil until dough forms.

  • Knead until smooth, then let rise for 1 hour.

  • Press into pan, rest for 20–30 mins.

  • Dimple dough, top with garlic, cheese, herbs, salt, and olive oil.

  • Bake at 425°F for 20–25 mins until golden.

  • Cool, slice, and serve!

Notes
