Scale
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Let beef cool slightly, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Flatten each biscuit piece and spoon beef-cheese mixture in the center. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with more Parmesan.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Let filling cool slightly before stuffing to prevent soggy dough.
- Don’t overfill—seal edges tightly to prevent leaks.
