Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are buttery biscuit pockets filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and brushed with garlic butter—perfect for dinner, parties, or game day snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add ground beef, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Let beef cool slightly, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Flatten each biscuit piece and spoon beef-cheese mixture in the center. Fold and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with more Parmesan.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Let filling cool slightly before stuffing to prevent soggy dough.
  • Don’t overfill—seal edges tightly to prevent leaks.
  • Optional: Brush garlic butter after baking for extra flavor.
  • Freezer-friendly: Freeze baked or unbaked bombs for up to 1 month.
