- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp honey

Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sear the steak slices for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes (if using), soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.
