Description

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into 4-6 equal portions and roll each into a thin circle.
  5. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and slightly puffed.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and parsley.
  7. Brush hot flatbreads with the garlic butter mixture and serve warm.
