- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 tsp paprika

- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 Tbsp light butter
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 cup light mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté onions until softened.
- Brown the chicken on both sides in the skillet, then add the onions back to the skillet along with the French onion soup and beef broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with mozzarella cheese, and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
