- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 6 breakfast sausage links, cooked and drained
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet and cook the egg mixture over medium heat until just set.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
- Place scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and cheese on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle from wide end to tip and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
