Instructions
- Preparation:

- Adding Eggs:
- Add the eggs to the cooled dough one at a time, beating well after each addition until the dough is smooth and glossy.

- Pipe small mounds onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.

- Cut the cooled puffs in half horizontally.
