- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine cooked ground beef, chopped pepperoni, mozzarella, cheddar, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Add Filling to Dough: Spread the filling mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
- Roll and Seal: Roll the dough into a tight log, starting from one long side. Pinch the edges to seal the seam and ends.
- Egg Wash: Place the roll seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
