- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same skillet. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms; cook for 4-5 minutes until softened and lightly browned.
- Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Parmesan and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
