Instructions

  3. Combine gently without overmixing.
  4. Fold in diced apples evenly.
  5. Heat oil to 375°F in a heavy pan or deep fryer.
  6. Drop ¼ cup of batter into hot oil and flatten slightly.

  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
