These Air Fryer Pickles are crispy, tangy, and incredibly easy to make. Perfect as a snack or appetizer, they bring a delightful crunch and burst of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat dry the pickle slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  • Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Dredge each pickle slice in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  • Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded pickle slices in a single layer in the basket.
  • Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve hot with tangy dill dip.

Notes

For best results, serve the air fryer pickles hot. Pair them with your favorite dipping sauce for an extra treat.
