- 1 cup dill pickle slices
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat dry the pickle slices with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Place the flour in a shallow dish. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs. In a third shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each pickle slice in the flour, shaking off any excess. Dip into the beaten eggs, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the breaded pickle slices in a single layer in the basket.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with tangy dill dip.
