These Tuna Melt Patties are crispy on the outside, cheesy and savory on the inside, and ready in just 18 minutes. Perfect for a quick lunch, light dinner, or a fun party appetizer.
Ingredients

2 cans (5 oz) tuna, drained

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 large egg

1/4 cup finely diced celery

1/4 cup finely diced onion

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (+ extra for coating)

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp paprika

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
Instructions

Mix all ingredients (except olive oil) in a bowl until combined.

Shape into 6 patties and coat lightly in breadcrumbs.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Serve hot with sauce or in a sandwich.

Pat tuna dry to prevent sogginess.
