Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash zucchini and cut each into four long sticks.
- Pat zucchini dry with paper towels.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet, cut-side up.
- Sprinkle generously with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is golden and zucchini is tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving to allow the crust to set.
