- 8 slices deli ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Place slices of ham evenly over the pastry sheet, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
- Fold the pastry sheet over to enclose the filling and gently press the edges to seal.
- Slice the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide.
- Twist each strip gently and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and oregano if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.
