  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp dried oregano (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place slices of ham evenly over the pastry sheet, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Fold the pastry sheet over to enclose the filling and gently press the edges to seal.
  5. Slice the pastry into strips about 1 inch wide.
  6. Twist each strip gently and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and oregano if desired.
