Description

These crispy avocado chips are baked, not fried—perfect for keto, gluten-free, and low-carb snacking. Made with avocado, Parmesan, and a handful of spices, they’re crunchy, creamy, and ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the avocado in a medium bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, and all spices until fully combined.
  4. Scoop small teaspoonfuls onto the baking sheet, spacing each out.
  5. Flatten each scoop into a thin round using the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crisp at the edges.
  7. Let cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use very ripe avocado for smooth mashing and rich flavor.
  • The thinner the round, the crispier the chip.
  • Cool completely before storing to maintain crispness.
