- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the avocado in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Stir in Parmesan, lemon juice, and all spices until fully combined.
- Scoop small teaspoonfuls onto the baking sheet, spacing each out.
- Flatten each scoop into a thin round using the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden and crisp at the edges.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Use very ripe avocado for smooth mashing and rich flavor.
- The thinner the round, the crispier the chip.
