Ingredients

2 cups dill pickle chips (drained, patted dry)

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

½ cup cornmeal

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

Combine panko and cornmeal in a third bowl.

Dredge pickles: flour → eggs → panko-cornmeal mix.
