Description

Golden and crunchy on the outside with a tangy pickle center, these air fryer dill pickles are a lighter twist on a classic fried favorite. Quick, easy, and perfect for parties or as a savory snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dill pickle chips (drained, patted dry)

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • ½ cup cornmeal

  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • Mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

  • Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

  • Combine panko and cornmeal in a third bowl.

  • Dredge pickles: flour → eggs → panko-cornmeal mix.

  • Arrange in air fryer basket. Spray lightly.

  • Air fry 7–9 minutes, flipping halfway.

  • Serve hot with ranch or spicy aioli.

Notes

  • Pat pickles completely dry for best results.

  • Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket.
