  • 6 slices bacon, chopped

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1 ½ cups baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (in oil), chopped

  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • Sear in olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side until golden. Remove.

  • Cook bacon until crispy. Drain; keep 1–2 tbsp bacon fat.

  • Sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

  • Add cream, broth, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Simmer gently.

  • Stir in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes until spinach wilts.

  • Return chicken and bacon to skillet; spoon sauce over and simmer for 2–3 more minutes.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot with bread, pasta, or potatoes.
