Ingredients

2 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ tsp orange extract

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

1–2 tbsp heavy cream (as needed)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.

Whisk together flour, baking powder, soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add egg, orange zest, juice, vanilla, and orange extract. Mix well.

Stir in sour cream until smooth. Gradually add dry ingredients.

Scoop dough balls onto the baking sheet.

Bake for 10–12 minutes, until edges are lightly golden. Cool completely.

For frosting: Beat butter, add powdered sugar, then flavorings and juice.
