  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup crushed Doritos chips
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully butterfly each chicken breast, creating a pocket without cutting all the way through.
  3. Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.
  5. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, then press the edges to seal.
  6. Dip each stuffed chicken breast into the beaten eggs, then coat with crushed Doritos chips, pressing gently to adhere.
