- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese soup (such as Campbell’s)
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; place them in the dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cheddar cheese soup and milk until smooth.
- Pour soup mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Distribute the steamed broccoli over the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over cheese.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
