Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz lump crab meat, picked over for shells
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • Wonton chips or crackers, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan, crab meat, and green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8-inch baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with wonton chips or crackers.
