- 4 large russet potatoes, sliced thin

Instructions
- Cook Sausage: Heat a large pot over medium heat. Cook the sausage, breaking it into pieces. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté Aromatics: In the same pot, add olive oil, onion, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Simmer Potatoes: Pour in chicken broth and water, then add potatoes. Simmer until tender.
- Combine Ingredients: Return sausage to the pot, stir in kale, and cook until softened.
- Add Cream: Stir in heavy cream and crushed red pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Heat through and serve.
