- 8 oz Genoa salami, sliced
- 8 oz ham, sliced
- 8 oz mortadella, sliced
- 4 oz provolone cheese, sliced
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive tapenade
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup green olives, sliced
Instructions
- Slice the Italian bread horizontally into two halves.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, basil, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes.
- Brush the cut sides of the bread with the dressing.
- Layer salami, ham, mortadella, provolone, mozzarella, olive tapenade, roasted red peppers, and green olives on the bottom half of the bread.
- Place the top half of the bread on, press gently, and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
- Slice into wedges before serving and enjoy!
