  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (optional glaze)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional glaze)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread cream cheese mixture evenly.
  4. Brush melted butter over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly on top.
  6. Roll dough tightly and slice into equal rolls.
  7. Place rolls cut-side up on baking sheet.
  8. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
  9. Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls if desired.
