- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (optional glaze)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (optional glaze)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread cream cheese mixture evenly.
- Brush melted butter over the cream cheese layer.
- Combine brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly on top.
- Roll dough tightly and slice into equal rolls.
- Place rolls cut-side up on baking sheet.
- Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Whisk glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm rolls if desired.
