These no-bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles are creamy, rich, and coated in dark chocolate. Perfect for holidays or gifting!

- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1½ cups dark chocolate, melted (for coating)
- ¼ cup extra mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes. Let it cool.
- Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add vanilla and salt.
- Mix in heat-treated flour gradually.
- Add milk and stir until dough consistency is achieved.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
- Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate and place on tray.
- Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
- Let them set until chocolate is hardened.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Heat-treating flour ensures it's safe to eat raw.
- Add more milk for softer dough.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
