Description

These no-bake Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles are creamy, rich, and coated in dark chocolate. Perfect for holidays or gifting!


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups dark chocolate, melted (for coating)
  • ¼ cup extra mini chocolate chips (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat-treat the flour by baking it at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Cream the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla and salt.
  4. Mix in heat-treated flour gradually.
  5. Add milk and stir until dough consistency is achieved.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  7. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and chill for 30 minutes.
  8. Melt dark chocolate until smooth.
  9. Dip chilled balls in melted chocolate and place on tray.
  10. Sprinkle extra mini chocolate chips on top.
  11. Let them set until chocolate is hardened.
  12. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Heat-treating flour ensures it's safe to eat raw.
  • Add more milk for softer dough.
