Description

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugars until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt separately.
  5. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing evenly.
  8. Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool briefly before transferring to a wire rack.
