Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.
  • On a sheet of parchment paper, form the chicken mixture into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Layer the ham slices and Swiss cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Carefully roll the chicken mixture around the ham and cheese to form a loaf. Place the loaf seam-side down on a baking sheet.
