Ingredients

1 lb (450g) ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp butter, cubed

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.

Cook beef and onion until browned; drain fat.

Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Whisk soup and milk until smooth.

Layer potatoes, beef, soup, and cheese. Repeat.

Dot with butter. Cover and bake 60 min.

Uncover and bake 10–15 min until golden.
