Description

This Cheesy Beef Rigatoni is the ultimate comfort food—rigatoni pasta coated in a creamy beef and marinara sauce, baked with gooey cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan for a golden, bubbly top.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain.

  • Brown beef in olive oil with seasonings.

  • Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.

  • Stir in marinara sauce and cream; simmer.

  • Mix in ¾ of the cheeses until melted.

  • Combine pasta with sauce; transfer to baking dish.

  • Top with remaining cheeses; bake 20–25 min.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve hot.
