Ingredients

1 lb rigatoni pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1 lb ground beef

½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 small onion, diced

2 cups marinara sauce

½ cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain.

Brown beef in olive oil with seasonings.

Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.

Stir in marinara sauce and cream; simmer.

Mix in ¾ of the cheeses until melted.

Combine pasta with sauce; transfer to baking dish.
