- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized saucepan, melt caramel bits and heavy cream over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add mini marshmallows, stirring gently until fully coated.
- Pour the caramel-marshmallow mixture into a large bowl with the Rice Krispies cereal. Gently fold until evenly combined.
- Let the mixture cool slightly. Grease your hands with butter or cooking spray and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Place the balls on wax or parchment paper to set.
- Roll each ball in crushed graham crackers for a crunchy coating. Add mini chocolate chips if desired.
- Let cool completely before serving.
