Description

Cozy and easy Caramel Apple Pie Bombs made with biscuit dough, spiced apples, and melted caramel. A fun 30-minute dessert perfect for fall or any sweet craving.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped
  • 8 soft caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Powdered sugar or caramel sauce for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
  3. In a small bowl, mix chopped apple pie filling with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  4. Place 1 tablespoon of apple mixture in the center of each dough round.
  5. Top with one caramel candy.
  6. Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching edges tightly to seal.
  7. Dip each ball into melted butter, then roll in granulated sugar.
  8. Place seam-side down on baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden.
  9. Cool slightly, then drizzle with caramel or dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Chop apples finely to prevent filling leaks.
  • Seal seams well to keep caramel from oozing out.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes before eating — the caramel is hot.
  • Serve warm for best gooey texture.
