These Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars are a deliciously layered dessert with gooey caramel, crunchy Butterfinger candy, and chocolate.

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the crust.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the caramel layer.
- Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger bars over the top.
- Distribute the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly.
- Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over everything.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Let cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean edges.
- Don’t overbake – bubbling is good, browning too much is not.
- Let bars cool fully before slicing to keep layers intact.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
