Description

These Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars are a deliciously layered dessert with gooey caramel, crunchy Butterfinger candy, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the caramel layer.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Butterfinger bars over the top.
  6. Distribute the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips evenly.
  7. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over everything.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting. Sprinkle with sea salt before serving.

  • Use parchment paper for easy removal and clean edges.
  • Don’t overbake – bubbling is good, browning too much is not.
  • Let bars cool fully before slicing to keep layers intact.
